Recruiting Profile Build (Coach-Ready)

Coaches don’t have time to decode messy info. We help you present your athlete clearly and professionally — while keeping the athlete protected and accurately represented.

What we build

• Coach-ready athlete profile: accurate details, positions, school info, graduation year, measurables.
• Film & links organized: highlight film, full game film (if available), clean access.
• Academic snapshot: GPA range + eligibility awareness + intended major interest (if known).

Success plan included

• Presentation check: we review and polish what’s being shared (including spelling/format).
• Readiness notes (internal): we flag support needs so the athlete is set up to succeed.
• Next-step guidance: what the athlete should focus on now to strengthen outcomes.

Academic & School Success Support

Scholarships are powerful — but staying eligible and thriving on campus is the real win. We help families put a plan in place so the student athlete doesn’t get overwhelmed once they arrive.

• Eligibility stability: we identify risk areas and support needs early.
• Tutoring alignment: if tutoring is needed, we help organize a consistent plan (we don’t replace tutors).
• IEP/504 transition awareness: guidance on advocating for supports and documentation readiness.

Coach Outreach Strategy Support

We don’t do spam outreach. We help athletes communicate respectfully and confidently — so coaches take them seriously.

• Outreach timing: when to reach out and what to send (based on grade + readiness).
• Message review: we review athlete-written emails and tighten them for clarity and professionalism.
• Fit strategy: identifying realistic schools/programs based on goals and readiness.
• Preparation reminders: ensuring athletes know how to show up on visits, calls, and campus environments.
